This notice is for the Counselling of BSc Forestry in AFU. The counselling will be after the publication of the Merit List of Entrance Exams. The result sheet will be published within 24 hours of Entrance exams and the Merit List will be published within 1 day of Entrance Exams in AFU.
So you can take the below-mentioned documents with you for Admission to the Entrance Exam centre, Hetauda. And if your name is in the Admission List, you can return after getting Admission as Counselling is 2 days after Entrance Exams.
1st Admission List for 1st Counselling will be published before the counselling process starts.

उक्त पहिलो Counselling को लागि विद्यार्थीहरुको नामावली मिति २०७८-११-१४ गते प्रवेश परीक्षाको
नतिजा प्रकाशन पश्चात प्रकाशित गरिनेछ भर्ना हुन आउँदा परीक्षार्थीहरुले तपशिलमा लेखिए बमोजिमका शैक्षिक योग्यताका प्रमाणपत्रहरु लगायत अन्य आवश्यक कागजातहरुको सक्कल तथा प्रतिलिपिहरु (२ प्रति) एवं भर्नाको लागि आवश्यक शुल्क समेत लिई आउन हुन सम्बन्धित सबैमा जानकारी गराइन्छ ।
नतिजा प्रकाशन पश्चात प्रकाशित गरिनेछ भर्ना हुन आउँदा परीक्षार्थीहरुले तपशिलमा लेखिए बमोजिमका शैक्षिक योग्यताका प्रमाणपत्रहरु लगायत अन्य आवश्यक कागजातहरुको सक्कल तथा प्रतिलिपिहरु (२ प्रति) एवं भर्नाको लागि आवश्यक शुल्क समेत लिई आउन हुन सम्बन्धित सबैमा जानकारी गराइन्छ ।
Counselling कार्यक्रम तोकिएको दिनको विहानको ठीक ११:०० बजे हुने हुँदा उक्त समय भन्दा अगाडी आफूले ल्याएका उल्लेखित प्रमाणपत्र तथा सिफारिश पत्र रुजु गराई Counselling कक्ष भित्र प्रवेश गरि सक्नु पर्नेछ । अन्यथा, यस वन विज्ञान संकाय भर्नाको लागि जवाफदेही हुनेछैन साथै शैक्षिक योग्यताका प्रमाणपत्रहरु लगायत अन्य आवश्यक कागजपत्रहरु एवं आवश्यक भर्ना शुल्क अपुग भएको अवस्थामा यस संकाय सम्बन्धित विद्यार्थीहरुलाई भर्ना गर्न बाध्य हुने छैन ।
