Ag.) तहमा विद्यार्थी भर्नाको लागि मिति २०७७ चैत्र २८ गते भएको प्रवेश परीक्षामा संग्लन भई उर्तीण भई भर्नाको लागी सिफरिस भएका परिक्षार्थीहरुको Counselling कार्यक्रमको प्रयोजनको लागी फारामसंगै र २०७७-१२-२८ विहान ८ सम्म online@afu.edu.np मा विभिन्न कोटाहरुको लागी रीतपूर्वक आएका सिफरिस पत्रहरुको आधारमा प्रादेशिक कोटा, दलित कोटा, जनजाती कोटा, मधेशी कोटा, अपांग कोटा, सहिद परिवार कोटा, द्धन्द परिवार कोटा, छात्रा कोटा, स्टाफ कोटा तथा स्थानिय कोटाहरुका मेरिट लिष्ट प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

भर्ना हुन आउदा आफुले प्राप्त गरेका शैक्षिक योग्यताको प्रमाणपत्र, लब्धाङ्कपत्र, चारित्रिक प्रमाणपत्र, नेपाली नागरिकताको प्रमाणपत्र, समानस्तर निर्धारणको प्रमाणपत्र र मूल प्रमाणपत्र वा अस्थायी प्रमाणपत्र (Provisional Certificate) हरु, कोटाहरुमा नामवली प्रकाशित भएको भएमा सम्वन्धित कोटाहरुको प्रमाणपत्र वा सिफारिश पत्र) सक्कल प्रतिहरु अनिवार्य रुपमा बुझाउनु पर्नेछ । 

Counselling का दिन विहानको तोकिएको समय अगाबै आफुले ल्याएका माथि उल्लेखित प्रमाणपत्र तथा सिफारिश पत्रहरु रुजु गराई Counselling कक्ष भित्र प्रवेश गरिसक्नु पर्ने छ, अन्यथा संकाय भर्नाको लागी जवाफदेही हुने छैन् ।
मेरिट लिष्टहरुमा त्रुटी नहोस् भनी विशेष सतर्कता अपनाइएको छ । तथापि कुनै त्रुटी पाइएमा अभिलेखका आधारमा सच्याइनेछ ।

AFU मा Admission process Counselling method बाट हुन्छ र AFU बाट Quota List अथवा UDF List हरु आउदैन . Read this post line by line and you will understand all the counselling process of AFU.

Counselling method को meaning student ले आफै choose गर्ने हो आफुले कुन seat मा कुन college मा पढ्ने भनेर. अब AFU ले Notice मा ३ दिन लाइ rank १ देखि ६०० सम्मको students लाइ counselling मा बोलाएको छ. त्यसमा counselling यो अनुसार हुनेछ .

१. सबै भन्दा पहिला सबै counselling गर्ने विद्यार्थी लाइ counselling सुरु हुनु भन्दा अगाडी documents verify गर्न लगाउछ. तेसैले आफ्नो counselling भाको दिन मा AFU Dean office मा गएर सबै भन्दा पहिला documents verify गर्नुहोला. त्यहाको admission team ले हजुरहरुको documents check गरेर ठिक छ कि नाइँ verify गर्छन अनि documents सबै ठिक भएमा हजुरहरु counselling लाइ verified हुनुहुन्छ र हजुरलाई एउटा verified भाको कार्ड दिन्छन. Documents कुनै fake भएमा counselling मा छिर्न दिदैनन. 

२. सबै students को verification सकिएसी counselling सुरु हुन्छ. Documents verification चाही आफ्नो counselling हुने दिन मा मात्रै हुन्छ. अरु दिन मा verify गर्न पाईदैन. Counselling भनेकै Admission पनि हो . तेसैले counseling को दिन मा आफुलाई admission गर्दा लाग्ने पैसा पनि cash मा लिएर जानुहोला. Cash नै चाहिन्छ counseling को दिन मा admission गर्न लाइ. (Cheque does not work.) 
आवश्यक भर्ना शुल्कः
(१) Merit तथा कोटाहरु (Quota Seats) : रु. ५,०००
(२) UGC: शुल्क नलाग्ने (No cash required for students selected in UGC Seats.)
(३) CDF/UDF: रु. १,१०,००० + ५,००० = NRs. १,१५,००० (One Lakhs and Fifteen thousand).

UDF are paying seats in AFU Rampur and CDF are paying seats in other Affiliated Government colleges of AFU. The total fee for UDF/CDF is 2.2 Lakhs and 1.1 Lakhs should be paid at time of admission and remaining 1.1 lakhs at beginning of 3rd semester.

३. अब counseling process सुरु हुन्छ अनि merit rank सबै भन्दा अगाडी को student लाइ admission गर्न लाइ बोलाईन्छ. उसलाई कुन college मा कुन कुन प्रकार का कति ओटा seat बाकी छन् देखाईन्छ. अनि उसलाई अब कुन college मा कुन type को seat मा पढ्ने सोदिन्छ. 
Student ले उसलाई पढ्न मन भाको college मा merit seat बाकि छ भने त्यो choose गर्छन अथवा UGC seat मा पढ्न मन छ र seat बाकि छ भने त्यो choose गर्छन. यो process merit rank १ देखि सुरु हुन्छ र उसलाई त सबै option हुन्छन पढ्नलाइ, choose गर्नलाइ. उसले UGC अथवा merit seat choose गर्छन रामपुर मा अथवा अरु कुनै उसलाई पढ्न मन भाको affiliated college मा. उसले choose गरेपछि त्यो उसले choose गरेको एउटा seat pack हुन्छ, choose गरेको seat मा उसको admission हुन्छ र त्यो seat अर्को student लाइ option दिदा घटाइन्छ. Seat choose गर्ने बित्तिकै cash तिर्नुपर्छ र Admission त्यहिँ हुन्छ किनकि documents हरु counselling सुरु हुनु अगाडी नै verify गरिसकेको हुन्छ admission team ले . तेसैले आफुलाई चाहिने cash बोकेरै जानुहोला counseling मा छिर्नु अगाडी . 

४. एसरी पालै पालो students लाइ बोलाउदै seat choose गर्न लगाउदै admission गर्दै counseling process अगाडी बढ्छ र students ले choose गरेको seat घट्दै जान्छ अनि merit rank पछाडी भाको students लाइ option घट्दै जान्छन seat choose गर्ने . 

५. एसरी normally first मा AFU Rampur को merit seat र UGC seat pack हुन्छन . हामीले प्रत्यक दिन counselling process सकिएसी कति seat pack भए र कति बाकि छन्, App मा हालेर हजुरहरुलाई update गराउछौ so that students can be ready for the next counselling day.

Merit seat र UGC seat pack भएसी अब student ले choose गर्ने भनेको कि Rampur मा UDF seat हो कि आफ्नो Quota छ भने Quota seat हो कि चाहि affiliated college को merit seat हो . Quota seat choose गर्न online form भर्दा quota seat मा tick लगाएको र documents बुजाएको students लाई मत्रै दिइन्छ, अरुलाई त्यो option नै दिइन्न र quota को student नआएसम्म त्यो quota seat बाकी नै हुन्छ र जब पछी merit rank अनुसार counselling गर्दा कुनै quota student आएसी मत्रै उसलाई त्यो option दिइन्छ . तेसैले quota seat मा admission गर्न लाइ आफ्नो merit rank को पालो कुर्नुहोस counselling process मा . ढुक्क हुनुहोस हजुर भन्दा अगाडी quota भाको student छैनन् भने त्यो seat खालि नै हुन्छ अरु seat pack भएनी र merit rank पछाडी भएनी quota seat पाइन्छ . तेसैले quota भएको student ले आफ्नो merit rank भन्दा अगाडी quota भएको कोइ छन् कि नाइँ त्यो चाही check गर्नुहोला . quota कुनै student को छ कि नाइँ भनेर valid applicant लिस्ट हेर्दा थाहा हुन्छ त्यहाँ लेखेको हुन्छ कुनै student को quota छ कि नाइँ भनेर त्यसैले त्यहाँ हेर्नुहोला .

६. एसरी पालै पालो merit rank अनुसार counseling र admission हुन्छ . students लाई choose गर्न दिदा student ले जुन college मा नि choose गर्ने पाउछन बाकि भाको seat हरुमा . बाकि नभाको seat उसलाई choose गर्न option नै दिइन्न . एसरी student लाइ merit rank अनुसार सोध्दै उसको रोजाई अनुसार admission गरिन्छ र सबै college को seat बिस्तारै बिस्तारै pack हुदै जान्छन. 

Normally, First मा merit seat र UGC seat pack हुन्छन Rampur को, अनि तेसपछी कुनै student ले अरु affiliated college मा merit seat choose गर्छन भने कुनै student ले रामपुर को UDF choose गर्छन . आफ्नो quota छ भने quota seat choose गर्न पाइन्छ merit seat सकिएसी. 
एउटा कुरा चाही, suppose एउटा student को merit rank ७० छ रे अनि उसलाई rampur को merit seat option नि बाकि छ अनि उसको quota नि छ कुनै भने उसले चाही merit seat मा पढ्न पर्छ, quota चाही पछाडी को student लाइ option मा जान्छ. उसले merit छोडेर quota seat pack गर्दिनलाइ merit seat छोडेर quota seat pack गर्दिन्छु, अरुलाई quota seat दिन्न भनेर quota seat मा admission गर्न पाइदैन . 

हाम्रो App मा हामि प्रत्यक counseling पछी कति seat कुन कुन college मा pack भए र कति बाकि छन् भनेर post हाल्छौ जसले गर्दा अर्को दिन counselling गर्ने student लाइ सजिलो हुन्छ seat choose गर्न . 

The first notice is for Counselling to students with merit rank 600. After this counselling is completed, the next date will be published for next counselling if the seats are left only. If all the seats are packed, then there will be no counselling. Quota Seats if left, then students are called by their name too if they have merit rank very behind and quota seats are left. 

We will post the remaining seats notice after every counselling. So be ready to choose your preferred college seat seeing that remaining seat notice. Keep checking inside Entrance Notices and Result section.

Also, Every Private College of AFU should provide their 10% seats to students with full scholarship according to MOE, Nepal government. List of Private colleges of AFU is provided below in this post. This is an golden opportunity to study in Scholarship in private colleges and its totally free seats for students who are unable to get scholarship seat in government colleges. Any student either from government or private school can apply for this seats if you have passed BSc Ag, AFU 2077 Entrance exam (Scored more than 60 marks).
Remember, each and every private college of AFU has these scholarship seats. So keep checking our App for notices and don't forget to fill the scholarship form in Private colleges too. The notice for the scholarship seats of Private colleges will open soon from MOE, Nepal Government. We will post the update in App once the form is opened.

Note : If you have lost your Admit Card, you can take it from Dean Office by paying Rs. 100 in Rampur.
